Creating Thriving Team Culture 

Goal of the training is to increase confidence, improve communications skills, increase team spirit, boost creativity, problem solving and productivity, engagement and motivation.

 

Sample of Topics covered in 6x90 minutes motivational and interactive program are:

 

  1. Role of Positive Emotions in Everyday Business – Emotional Agility
  2. Utilizing Character Strengths towards more Confidence and Success        
  3. Positive Communication
  4. Positive Psychology Coaching Skills Applied in Professional Context          
  5. Resilience and Mindset for the Change
  6. Prioritizing Positivity during the Change

 

 Sessions are tailored to each specific group; they are informative, interactive, short and intense. Process is made to be uplifting, motivational and practical. All participants receive workbook that includes all relevant positive psychology interventions, homework sheets, and suggested reference list for future reading.

 

Each session follows the same sequence; introduction of the topic underpinned by scientific findings from the field of positive psychology and coaching psychology; followed by the opportunity for the participants to experience this science in group exercises and games; and finally showing all possible ways how to utilize these practical tools in everyday work and life.

 

Optional individual coaching sessions are offered in order to intensify growth and make the changes sustainable.
